Use me in place of traditional braised cabbage on your roast, on a festive cheese board, in your Boxing Day sarnie or (and we highly recommend this!) eat me straight from the jar!

INGREDIENTS

Red cabbage, onion, apple, sea salt, organic apple cider vinegar, brown sugar*, garlic, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves.

*sugars are consumed during fermentation
